can any1help me i have conair which is 700mg and 1.45 min i want yo burn it vcd same qulity and on one 700mg cd

Simple. On a " 700 MB CD, or 80' " CD-R you can fit 700 MB of data or about 80' (830 MB) of movie or audio (1' WAV = 10.1 MB). Nothing easier.
If you need to split 1 2h movie, use TMPGenc ___ Merge & Cut (Type: mpeg-1 Video-CD)
