Hi. Virtualdub and tmpgenc cant open certain .avi files that i have, it can open some but not all of them. For TMPGenc when it cant open it it says:

File "name of file" can not open, or unsupported

The thing is its an .avi file. I have a program that can conver it called Xilisoft Video Converter but it has the out of sync audio problem. Anyone know any other program i can use? THX!

If TMPGEnc can't open it, it's because you don't have the proper audio or video codec on your computer.
