Online-you need WinDip; Launch WinDip, select image file, scan the file,verify version, put in the online dna2 code(search aD) then hit patch.

Pal To NTSC-open the program, select the image file then change the dial to 48. i cant remember wht ist called,maybe y-inerset or something.the hit patch. it will be in NTSC from PAL or vice versa.
