Game shark disc Backup?

I want to back up my gameshark disc. Do you use the same procedures as you would for backing up a game? Also would it be on a CDR or DVD Disc? Real new at this so instructions too if possible.

Ummm, you cant back up gameshark but you can backup action replay max, i can tell you if you want
