is there any way to turn ntsc games to pal?
i downloaded true crime new york and when i play it on my tv it comes in black and white, its only when i play it on my main tv in the house which is a sony.

but these programs are sketchy.
Meaning it works sometimes and not everytime.
If you use Swap Magic have you tried setting the video mode on the
main screen to NTSC or even try PAL
But setting it to NTSC with an NTSC game should work.
but you will always have some screen loss due to the conversion.
The only way to solve this is a mod chip.

@Steimy so with the madchip u dont have to convert from PAL to NTSC, NTSC to PAL?..oh, and dont have to rebuild them either right?
