What's wrong with this burn?

I'm trying to burn PS2 Madden 2006.iso as an image to a Sony DVD-R using a Sony DRU-810A. I've used both Nero and ImgBurn at both 2x and 4x, but I keep getting an "Invalid PS2 disc" when using SM3.6 and Slim Tools. I tested the burn with Nero and it looks good with a 99 image quality and 0 PI failures. Any ideas what may be wrong? Thanks in advance.

Im trying to back up madden 2006 of the original copy and it says error
I/O ERROR
Scsistatus 0x02
interpretation: check condtion
sense area f0 00
interpreation l-ec uncorrectable error

jump in the PS2 forum and check there, copy and paste your thread to there or ask a mod to send it over there. you will get better answers there, then from me.
i know they'll ask you what version you have and what mod chip is installed too, so go armed.
