Ok so I need a mod chip to play burned games on my PS2 or, but what's the story on these mod chips. What's the chance that I'm going to fuck up my console with one of the things? What's the best one to buy? And is there anything that I should know about them that stores and articles aren't telling me?

Glitched you're my hero!! Can you tell me anything about mod chips for xbox? Also I was considering buying the xbox 360 what are your feeling on those? Can I play regular xbox games on the 360? What's ou favorte system and why? Thanks for the help, I think you just saved Christmas.

Well the best mod for the Xbox is Xecuter 3 CE ModChip, I think the 360 is good but im waiting for the Playstation 3 and yes you can play Xbox games on the 360 and my fav system would have to be Ps2 becasue its the best:P

Thanks a bunch for the help. Huh ps2 is your fav. I can see that, but they don't make DOA or ninja gaiden for ps2 . Those are two of my favorite games. So I have to stay loyal to xbox, or I'll just have to get the 360 and ps3. Thanks again, you guys are really nice to clueless newbies.

Glitched from what I've been reading about the 360 for the most part it's the same as the xbox do you thing it might be possible to play 360 backups on xbox if they are iso format??

NO because the processer ,grphics cards are way different so it will lag a lot on the xbox or not even work

Could there be a way to upgrade the graphics card in xbox to the same as the one in 360? Also how do you know so much about all these game consoles?

There should be a way but it will cost you a lot more than 1000$ so its better if u buy the 360. I know a lot because im usllay reading the gaming threads here at afterdawn

It seems there are a lot of problems with the 360 but when xbox first came out I went and traded my PS2 for one and loved xbox. I fell in love with games like DOA and Ninga Gaiden which only play on xbox. I've been waiting for DOA 4 for a year and a half, and the console that it plays on is faulty. I'm not a hardcore gamer but I played throught all the story modes for DOA the first day I got it. The graphics blew me away. I just can't justify buying a $500 machine over one game, especialy when the two systems are practicaly the same. Jaggies never really bothered me. BUT I WANT MY DOA 4!!!!
