hi i just got a new hp comp wit all the bells and whistles. it has a tv tuner and i watch tv on it all the time it has svideo and the red white and yellow inputs but i cant seem to figure out how to get my ps2 to run on it... ican find any software to play it on. i have all the hardware and the cables. im plugging the ps2 red white and yellow directly into the comp but i dunno what program to use to display it ive tried the stuff that came pre installed on the comp and it seems more suited for video camera and wouldnt work.. win dvd recorder but it jsut keeps crashing any ideas... or any programs u think could help me ... oh ive been told to try inervideo msirp or somethign like that but i cant find it on the net ... any help is appreciated

are you sure that what you're plugging the ps2 cables into are input on the pc?

I would check your documentation. Whatever program on there you watch TV on should be the prgram you would watch your PS2 through. There would be a setting you would need to change within that program

How ever you use the program to watch your tv on the comp is how you watch ps2. Just plug ps2 av cables than put power in and press the power button on ps2 and it should work. Check your Manual for more info

Hey there.
Got a question along the same lines as this thread ..sort of.
The old boy just laid out some coin for a new Sony Bravia V40 HD Tv, I plugged my ps2 into the AV jacks and the picture was pretty horrible.I need to know what the go is with component cables or S-Video for gaming on Hi def Lcd displays.
