i know that there has been a number of posts on how to boost ur speeds. but i just wanna know if anyone has the same problem i have.. i am on a router, and behind the windows pack 2 firewall, but i fixed those problems.. the porty forwarding and all. and all the lights are green on the Azureus, and the NAT test passed aswell.. but still my downloads are rarely over 5kb/s.. but my uploads are usually in the 20s or so.. is it just because the people im upleading off may have slow settings? my settings are unlimited down/uploads speed.

i'd appreciate any input, cuz its a pain when it says something will take 45days to download!
