i have two ps2 one is version 4 i think its scph-35001 and i use swap magic for that i have another ps2 its SCPH-39001 and wen i tried to install the swap magic in that i tried openin the tray but it wont open i dunno y i followed all the steps but it just wont open i dont wanna pull anythin and break it.Is it because its a different version you gotta open the tray in a different way if anyone can help me out plz do thank you

adjust the tightness of the screws holding the fliptop on. If all else fails, just take the faceplate off the dvd tray (it has the little playstation logo on it).

are you talking about the faceplate? If so, you have to pull it off, be carefull though, i have broken every one i have taken off.
