Swap Magic won't load itself

I went to use my swap magic disc today and it won't get to the screen to actually swap discs. It comes up with the first screen that just says swap magic, then flashes and loads the same screen over and over. Anyone know what may be causing this?

could just be a bad copy of Swap Magic
Have you used it before?
If you have and it worked then check the disc for fingerprints
and scratches, try cleaning the disc with a soft cloth and
see if it will load up.
