.ELF files giving me problems!!!!

ive read plenty of tuts, but still cannot figure out what to do with .elf files. I have a bunch of ps2 programs downloaded but they are all elf files below are some programs I have:
PS2SHELL
MYPS2
PUKKLINK

I just want to know how to make these work.

So basically you just want the elf files on the memory card. Am assuming you have a method of installing an exploit onto your Ps2 memory card wither it be swap magic a modchip or even gameshark so the 1st thing you want to download is Independence Compiler to make your exploit after than you can add the files you downloaded but Independence Compiler comes with applications so you may find that you don't need to add the files due to Independence Compiler having them. After that you just burn, install, boot via Ps1 game, set the application to the buttons, launch.

Newer versions on IC automatically create .bin/.cue files so that you can open the .cue with Nero and automaically burn the exploit without having to worry about setting so if you wish to add custom files you with have to extract the files and add them to the "Files" folder then you would have to burn them and you will have to pick the burning setting (just turn multisession off and you should be fine)
