finally a post i can answer, i use these often and so does my brother and i have never had a problem with them, their prices are great too, does exactly what it sais on the tin

sorry, but people need to hear about these crooks, i am already reporting them to trading standards (i don't know what you call it in America) and they have all my personal details which they can charge at any time they wish, they 'lost' my game rental and do not reply to email live chat or phone. i am at the stage where i have to cancel my debit card because of this. and so far their '14 days free trial' has been a absolute nightmare there is no personal reviews about these people and the way they handle their website and customer service is a disgrace, they wont even let me cancel my account, that's why they are going to keep on charging my debit card when i don't even want a service from them.

whatever you do, don't use them! gametart is more customer friendly, i should know, i have used them for 6 months now and it has been brilliant.

gamesbypost.co.uk is based in uk and gamefly.com is US. if you want a really good game rental company in the UK it's gametart.com they have a wide range of games to choose from, they even have ICO to rent.
