Ok first of all i checked around and searched the forum but didn't find any answers before i posted. Ok i have this V9 ps2 hasn't been opened yet but when put it on there is no video or audio i can hear the lens spin and everything but i dosen't seem as if it loads the game though. Ok does anyone know what could be the problem with this ps2 and its not my connection other ps2's work perfect. Is there an ic or fuse or something that deals with he audio video on ps2? Any help greatly appreciated thanks.

Nope the seal still haven't been broken on the ps2.

dude i have the same problem with mine ....everything works but no sound,and a black screen.....aparently its a common problem but nodody here seems to have an answer...i can see the screen flicker when i turn the power on but it just stays black...

Mine dosen't even flicker the tv naturally dosen't get any signal from this ps2.
