hi i have a v7 ps2 with a duo 2 recently installed. after installing it worked for about 20 mins then lost the picture & sound & will not eject.all the light on the switch work ok but if you press eject the tray doesnt open & after a few seconds the ps2 goes into stand by. i have checked all the chip connections which appear to be fine i have also checked all the ribbon cables in the ps2 which also seem to be ok. there is also 1 fuse that is obvious (on the power circuit board) which is also ok. are there any other fuses withiin the circit board or does anyone know what may cause loss of sound / picture & eject????? i am bumfuzzled?????? any help you can give is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance graham

It sounds like one of the bios chip legs are bridged.

am i corect in thinking wires - m,n,o,p q,r,t,u,v are the bios conections on the duo 2?
