For all those solder points do i just solder them directly to those red dot areas, and lastly whee and how do exactly put the chip.(how do i put the chip in with tape?)

isn't it just that obvious that you'd solder the wires to the indicated contact points highlighted with red and also lettered to match the chip location??? come on now, if your that slow you really shouldn't be around a hot soldering iron.
