Is it possible to put swap magic on a memory card, so you can run it without inserting any cd, anf make it is easy loading disks?

yes, but you can only put the swap magic cd on the memory card and to access it, you must use a ps1 game (this launches the exploit).

No, there is no DVD loader program that you can put on your memory card. It wont work since you use a cd to run the exploit. BUT, you still can load dvd backups with cd loader/swap magic cd if you have a big original ps2 dvd game to refresh the toc with.

How do you install the Swap Magic in the first place? I have a Slimline and a v4 w/ Swap Magic 3.3 and MC Exploit w/ HD Loader Fullypatched
v7 w/ Crystal Chip 1.1, Boot Manager 1.8, and HD Loader v0.7c w/ 80 GB HD
