I apologize for this noob question, I looked on the forum before asking in this thread. I am very new to all this mod stuff, so please any help would be appreciated. First off, I just had my ps2 modded professionally with a matrix infinity. I kinda understand how mc exploit works just don't know the steps. I wanna boot hd advance from the memory card, could someone please explain in steps how this is done, again, i apologize for my ignorance, this is all very new to me.. thanks in advance!!!!

One friendly warning, exploits don't work on slim ps2's, so if you have one, don't bother trying.

I appreciate the link and also i have the fat ps2. Again, I guess i need to have the process explained in lamens terms. I didn't quite understand what they were talking about, such as using a trigger disc and kl.dat files. I thought with the matrix infinity for example I could put in hdadv. and save files onto memory card. I guess there is more too it than I thought. Do I use pc to load applications? Very confused!!! Please help

Thanks for that link, still having problems following. Seems everyone is running mc exploit on unmodded ps2. I guess i need exact steps, what do I need exactly w/modded ps2-matrix infinity. Can someone give a basic breakdown without referring me too other links that lead to threads a bunch of tech talk. As of now, I have ps2 memory card, modded ps2, and hd adv. 2.0 with network adapter and hard drive. Whats the next step?
