Before i upgrade my firmware i wanna ask something....

I have PSTwo slimline V12 SCPH-70002....currently matrix firmware at 1.36....
I AM NOT sure if my matrix chip is a Fake or not...
How do I find out??
and would the newest firmware (1.75) work for my Pstwo??
I dnt wanna kill my ps2

When you boot Matrix Infinity, it should show the Sign of matrix Infinity at the bottom

the only way to find out if its real without damaging the chip is by opening it and checking it.
