Hi guys. Where I live, in Jamaica, mod chips are VERY VERY EXPEN$IVE. Is there a way that one could:-

(1): Make/Create/Build a Mod Chip for the PS2 Console?
(2): Modding the PS2 console without the use of Swap Magic etc... & factory-made mod chips??

You cant make a modchip(I mean an average person) and it would cost too much

2: No, unless you'd consider getting an Ar Max Evo, and with that, try installing a memory card exploit (which only works on the fat ps2, and isn't 100% reliable)
