Ok guys, I just bought the latest slimline ps2, and when i plug in all the vid/aud cables and hook it up it works, except the tv's colours get all distorted, this happened once with my n64, but then it stopped when i did something that i cant remember lol, ive been fiddling around with it for a couple hours now and its still like this, to give a better explanation the sides of the tv are messed up in colour, and this is pissing me off....any suggestions? btw if this is the wrong forum to post in then i apologize...

Is your ps2 touching or close to your tv?

I know if I put my radio too close to my tv, it starts to scramble the signal of the tv.

thanks a lot, lol i guess my ps2 was too close to my tv, after I moved it from ontop of the tv to the bottom it started acting normal, thanks :)

If I put anything electrical on top of my tv, the signal gets all scrambled. At first I thought my tv was broken.
