hi,
i'm new to the boards and have read a few topics on this subject,and have gone through various procedures to try and remedy my problem.
I have been suffering from the dre's and after calibrating the laser,i have finally managed to get cd's loading and ps2 games,black and purple..
I just cant manage to get any silver dvd's working,and was wondering if anyone had a solution to my problem..

laser voltage, laser angle, and cleaning the laser are the
only 3 things i would know of to try to remedy the problem.
