hey i have a ps2 v4 with a magic 3.1 modchip and i was cleaning it when the reset eject ribbon cable came out i tried to put itback in but it worked only once and thats it.when i triedputting it back in only theled light of the reset was on but the reset/eject buttons didnt work. i pressed the eject button and nothing but after a few minutes the cd tray came out andy suggestions will help.

There are plenty of sites from which you can order a new one. Try one of these mod/repair sites.
