When I burnt the roms onto the SNes Station disc, and like "2020 Baseball" turned into "2020 BS"

Same thing happened to me, after you add the roms to cd/gen but before you generate the immage you can change the file name to read anythin you want

Have you tried using nero burning rom dvd iso/udf, not sure wether it makes a difference to the name but if you just drag and drop the elf, cnf and roms file into the name section and then click on the name bit so it rearranges everything for you then you can fit as many as you want (with exception) onto a dvd instead of cd. Works like a charm and you don't need to use the cdgen. (Don't need to fiddle about with the LBA either for swap magic users, as I am)
