hey i just bought one of those v14 ps2's and a dms4 lite modchip.It appears that i need to transfer a file from my pc to my memory card.Is this possible???can someone give me an outline as to what i need to do to get this file from my pc to my memory card?

I think you mean you want to flash your dms4

Yes, you need to flash the chip. But that is not how to
do it.
Go here and get the ToxicBIOS (not ToxicOS, that is for the Pro only)
the newest version is V1.4

download the zip file, then unzip it.
you will have a BIn & Cue file
Burn the CUE file to a CD with any CD burning program
Then put it in the PS2 and let it play. you will get onscreen
instructions that ask if you want to continue or something like that and you answer yes, then it will show the progeass and when finished ask you to reset the PS2. takes about a minute and your ready to go.

yeah but i was reading in the toxicbios readme that the cd boot isnt guaranteed to work with the v14 ps2.also,since i dont have access to a v7 with a dms4 installed - i cant copy the file to a memory card using that method, i may have to throw the file onto the memory card some other way.I am truly clueless as to how to do this.your help is appreciated fully.
