Hi, i'm about to buy a hard drive which already contains some backed up ps2 games that are ready for use with HDAdvance or USBextreme or whatever and I was just wondering:

- Is it possible to extract preinstalled ps2 games from a HDD and burn them to disc?

I can't seem to find out what format the games are in once they have been placed on a HDD for use with the ps2 hard drive software. Can anyone help?

It would be the same files that are on a disc so yes.
I am not sure, but it could only be 2 formats.
1. it is an ISO. In that case you just transfer it to the PC
and burn it.
2. it is the actual game files. This you would have to transfer to
PC, rebuild an ISO from them, then burn them
When rebuilding you may need someone to tell you what order the
files should go in, anyone with the game can open it up in
ISO Buster and tell you.
