your subject is to vague.

all are equally easy to install, just plug the power supply in and hook the connections to the TV, turn it on simple enough

sometimes you should take the time to actually ask the question you intend to be answered.

if you measn a modchip then they would all be pretty much the same
But a V13 or V14 would not need a laser fix too.
But unless you are an EXPERT in soldering you will not be able to install one.

all the slims are equally easy to mod 90% of the connections are to solder pads rather then a component. on average V1-V3.......3-4 hours V4-V10 take me about an hour to an hour and a half to mod (some need a good dust cleaning out), i can do a slim (even with the laser fix) in less then 45 min and thats start of mod to playing backup game disks.
