Multiple SNK games in one disk?

Is it true you can't compile SNK games into one DVD due to some encryption in the ELF files?

I want to know since some SNK games don't even reach 1GB in size....

there are allot of CD based games that can be compiled into multi game DVDs, google ScanLite 3.7 and it will return a link to the how to.
