hi i hav swap magic and i hav had it only a couple of weeks and suddenly i hav a problem. the swap magic disc does not load it just makes noises and when i open the flip lid the disc is jumping around do u know how i can get it working thanks

If you look closely when putting in the discs there is a groove at the back you need to make sure the disc is under this groove and not over. (took me a couple of days to realise that this was causing the probz).
