Hi, i know there is things like N64 emulators that let you play N64 games on your computer but i also heard you could with a ps2. Im not sure if its true or not though. But is there any possible way to play PS2 games on your compter with a special program or Xbox games. Please reply thanks.

You cant play it in your computer,
There are a few ps2 emulators in development but NONE that work.
NONE THAT WILL PLAY ANY LICENSED GAMES.

PS2 games are actually pressed DVD/CD discs, they are not burned. PS2 games use the Burst Cutting Area (BCA) of the disc to identify themselves to the PS2 unit. The BCA is not part of a disc that you can burn on, it is only replicated on pressed discs. So, the only way to play backups is to get boot-discs or a mod-chip.

All you need are boot disks (swap magic disks) And a way to open the tray
without pressing eject. (fliptop-slidecard slim-tool...ect).
The method will differ depending on your model ps2.

You can use DVD Decrypter in .iso mode to copy DVD5 ps2 games.
(the few DVD9 games must be re-built to dvd5)

But before you copy ANYTHING you must MOD your ps2,
Beacuse you wont get them to work on your computer.
