PS2 Slim Not Booting

Hi, My v14 PS2 is not booting. When I plug in the PS2 the red light goes on then I press the On/Off switch as normal but when I press it I see a short green light then it reverts back to the red light. Anyone ever had this problem?
v7 w/ Crystal Chip 1.1, Boot Manager 1.8, and HD Loader v0.7c w/ 80 GB HD
v7 w/ DMS4 Pro and Toxic OS .41 w/ 200 GB HD

Maybe your reset button is jammed, so It keep's reseting everytime you turn on. Or a cable is loose so it couldnt function properly

No it is not modded and has no laser fix because it is a v14

It happened to me i kept using swap magic and it just went dead. I returned it because my ps2 still had cover although no warranty sticker, they accepted it and i have a new one now!
