PS2 ripping with DVDDecrypter

I have had a fair amount of luck ripping ps2 dvd games with DVDdecrypter. However, some games when ripping with DVDdecrypter output more than the standard single ISO and the MD5 image.
I tried setting the ISORead option in DVDDecrypter for the "file splitting to "NOE" but it only complains of space problems when ripping the game (which is NOT the issue more than enough space on the HD).
I have not been able to get aoound this problem. I read somewhere that the bigger of the 2 images needs to be renamed with the ISO extension and burned, but that causes my game to hang !!!
Any help on how to proceed when muktiple I0x files are burnt ??.

if you have a fat32 formatted hard drive, you cant have images over 4gigs, so DVD Decrypter splits them. Its not a problem though, all you have to do is select the .mds file to burn.

and you should not be renaming anything as the files you should get would be and ISO and an MDS file.
