i am using HDAdvance 3.0 with a seagate 100gb hard drive to play backups from my hdd and everything has been working fine until the other day when i took the network adaptor off my ps2. when i put the network adaptor back on the ps2 it acts like there is no network adaptor plugged in, it wont let me play games off my hdd. also when i try to play socom 3 online and i try to login it says there is no network adaptor plugged in. This also happened with my friends ps2, anyone know how to maybe fix this or what the problem may be???

I'll assume you have double checked that it's connected correctly by taking it out and reinstalling it......so that leaves you with the possibility that you installed the network adapter with power on and fried it or you plugged a phone line into the Ethernet port and fried it, those are the most common problems when it fails during a removal and re installation.
