URGENT HELP - SWAP MAGIC

My swap magic loads but never loads the 2nd screen when it comes up Load Program etc. Whats wrong? ive only had it a few days, was working fine then i had a 30mins break then this it dont work?

Ive tried cleaning the disc but still nothing

You could try cleaning the laser, but more than likely you got a bad disc. Since it's still very new, you should try contacting the company that you bought it from and get a replacement.

sure is but you will have to open your PS2 to do it, and i only know guides that deal with the older chucky style PS2.
