how do i configure IE to connect to my ps2 via ftp?

i used to use filezilla for ftp, but my pc is messed up right now so i'm using my brother's laptop and i don't want to install stuff on it. my ps2 and the laptop is both connected to the router. i use execftp on my ps2. the ip it uses is 192.168.0.10

You can't use IE itself, you'll need to use Winhiip : http://winhiip.ps2hd.com/ or something similar.
Try looking here : http://www.exploitstation.com/index.php?page=downloads
