Dvd problems swap magic

When i use the dvd swap magic disk, it won't startup the dvd, but if i use the cd swap disc, it start up the cd. Why cant i use the dvd???

it could be the dvd media you are using. what media do you use?
what speed do you burn at? are they DVD-R or DVD+R?

it could be your media or a bad swap magic dvd
