Cheapest and easiest way to capture PS2 footage??

I want to capture some in-game footage of some PS2 games. I've been directed to capture cards before but they seem complicated/expensive. Is there an alternative? Thanks.

do this:

1. get giga pocket or if you have it nevermind

2. plug in your ps2 to your computer

3. open giga pocket

4. select your input

5. turn on ps2

6. click record when ready

7. click record when done

8. You're done already
