buying an NTSC ps2?

if i bought an NTSC ps2 would it work since i live in england with my power supply and aeriel etc?

i just want to play NTSC games.. but my ps2 is PAL

Buy a modchip or Swap Magic to play NTSC games in PAL contrey but when you do download or buy NTSC games you must first rip the .ISO to your PC and change the video from NTSC to PAL. Then burn it to a CD/DVD and you atre good to go.

yes, swap magic has a setting to force video mode. i dont know if it works if you use original's, but it sure does work for copied games
