ok.....i just bought a new 120 gb hard drive a few hours ago....i have a network adapter, and hd loader, from what i have heard you have to have a ps1 game.....is that true....do you HAVE to have a ps1 game.....i need to have it installed

You dont have to have a PS1 game thats only to setup an exploit, but its the only free way if have no modchip. Otherwise you need to buy HDAdvance 3.0 online somewhere. http://www.hdadvance.com

no you can use a psx game to boot a expoite with a file called hdl/hda elf which basicaly run boots the hard drive from your mem card

you can use a free program to boot it but you need either a chip or swap magic to boot it its called hd loader google and you should find it but if you have the orgnail hd advnce you should have no problems
