I had a question..
Can we convert Xploder PAL code to CodeBreaker NTSC code vice versa?

or

ARmax PAL code to CodeBreaker6/7/8/9 or Gameshark.

Yes. But it isnt very easy, and you either need BOTH region's elf files from the game, or at least some codes from both regions to find the correct offset from PAL to NTSC coding.

Can you give me a tutorial how to convert it thx.

And i wanna ask one question.
I try upload code to CB9. It`s say "Not enough memory"
What should i do? my memory card space has 2mb.

I could, but it's a long complex process & I really can't be bothered going into it. Plus if you've never successfully converted codes from one device to another, then converting one region to another one is going to be over your head.
Do a Google search if you're really determined to go ahead with it.
