cuz i have a PAL lego star wars II on my HDD but i accidentally deleted it on my computer, is there a way to do this with winhiip? PLEASE HELP!!!

Nope. You'll need to either re-download it so you can extract the iso, or copy it over from your PS2 HDD to your PC HDD.
You need the iso on your PC to run the PAL2NTSC patcher program.
