It has been a while since I've been to the site and I've noticed the layout change, but I've also noticed that the people at AfterDawn seem to have trimmed some fat from the site. Or maybe, the items I'm looking for have moved.

Two things. One, there used to be a guide for vcd/svcd involving TPMGEnc that went into extensive detail about each individual setting and what to set them at to get the best possible quality. Two, I once saw Afterdawn optimized TPMGEnc settings templates somewhere on the site that were the afterdawn experts' recommended settings for the TPMGEnc encoder. I can't seem to find either of these anymore.

Basically, I purchased a copy of TPMGEnc not too long ago and all I want to do is create a SVCD of the best possible quality that I can get with TPMGEnc. I do not care how long it takes to encode or how much memory it takes up, I just want a picture as close to the original quality of the avi that I can get.
