really, you make a sig with any image editing program out there. personally, i use photoshop, as it's the god of such programs, but before that, i used G.I.M.P., which is an awesome program that i still use for my animations.
to learn to use photoshop, i took a cgi class in high school; however, i never picked up much there. it's a trial and error thing. you have to practice practice practice. i know my sigs aren't that great, but they are getting better.
i'll take a whack at those; still beats homework. ^.^

GIMPSHOP.......... GIMPShop is a free graphics editor for Mac, Linux, and Windows. It's easy to pick up and learn, especially if you already know Photoshop.....(free).....GO THERE!

lol, well, odds are i wouldn't turn down being a mod. i'd consider it an honor.
i have been a mod before on another forum, but i resigned from that position as i didn't have enough time to properly patrol around.
