Odd problem with ripping anime...

I'm trying to rip a couple DVD's of Hellsing, an anime (for backup purposes, of course). I'm using Gknot 0.32.0 beta, and the three episodes convieniently come out of the ripping process as three separate VOBs. The only problem is, the first one ends about 1 min before it's supposed to, in the middle of the end credits. Then the next one starts in the middle of the last episode's end credits, and ends earlier... etc. The odd thing is, there's a fourth VOB that's about 3 min long, with the very end of the last episode. Obviously, I'm trying to work out how to get the stupid episodes to line up without making one gigantic pain in the arse avi file. Any help you guys can give in this area would be fantastic! Thanx in advance!
