i have a ps2 (us)version1 1,what version should i get 3.0 or 3.2?does it really matter if PAL or NTSC version of swap magic?

you might as well get the 3.2 version. And it DOES matter if you get PAL or NTSC. If your in us, get the NTSC. Europe, get PAL.
