I recently purchased a premodded ps2 from modchipstore.com. I'm starting to get a little nervous as I paid on 8/4 and have not received any communication since my payment was made. I have e-mailed them several times about the status of the order and they never respond to my questions. Any help with this will be appreciated. Also, I paid via paypal. What are my chances of getting the money back if they never ship the console? Thanks
never heard of them but they are way over priced . $320 for a magic v premod with out network adapter and shipped ground, most would sell that for $250 shipped 2/3 day and with the network adapter and a game .
Yeah, I should have done more research beforehand. I tried asking for my money back however they did not respond to my e-mail. I just dropped the subject in fear that they would keep my money and not ship anything.
well let us know if you get it and if it works so others will know before hand , i just noticed they only carry that 1 chip and claim its "the latiest chip" and charge $150 for the chip, install and ground shipping . ouch ! there almost double most sites / installers . i wish you luck though , atleast you paid through paypal . did you get a tracking # from them ?
Yes, I received a tracking # from DHL express. It is supposed to be to me on Wednesday. I will definetely let everyone know if it arrives and in what condition.
I received my ps2 today. They did a professional job w/ the packaging. The wait was longer than I anticipated for the console however they are a legit retailer. Their Customer Service needs to improve. A little communication would go along way.
