Xbox File transfer

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to transfer data from one xbox console from to another without the means of using a stupid memory card.... can i hook them up with an eathernet cable and do this, or will i need a modchip in one of the xboxes, upload the data to the computer, then to the other xbox? I am totaly confused, please share your knoloage if you can, thanks!

I don't believe there is a way with an unmodded xbox. However if you have two modded xboxes, I believe the application XB-FTP will allow this. But even then I haven't personally experienced with any of it.
