Best program to burn movies off my HD

what is the best, or easiest program to use for burn movies that i have on my hard drive i think most of them are mpeg files, and im having a hard time find a program that does this. Thx for you help your site is great learning alot everyday.. Also i'am very new to this so if you could recomend something fairly simple
