Hi,
I have 2 different videos and one has good picture quality and it has bad audio and the other has bad picture quality and good audio I want to strip the good audio and the good picture and put it on one disc
Can Someone Help Me ASAP

you can strip them with TMPGEnc or DVD Decrypter (preferred).
Use the MPEG tools for TMPGEnc to de-multiplex
or the Stream Processing for Decrypter. Multiplex back with TMPGEnc.
