Just backed up one of my movies to my new 8x DVD+R Prodye disc using LG GSA-4082B drive with 207 firmware. only burned at 4x... :(
Checked for PI errors and got a lots of them. Around 300 near the beginning the disc and over 900 in the end of the disc. The disc still works fine with my JVC DVD/VHS combo so im wondering is that PI error thingie useless to tell the quality of the disc? I was told that PI errors abobe 300 would not play on normal DVD players? Checked the PI errors with Sony CRX320E drive 'cos LG drive didnt support the error checking...
